PES 2015 and Later Error 0xc00007b Solution on Windows 10 Pro

I have searched in google for 5 days to find the solution and no body or no technical man mentioned that the solution will be as as follow:

its only few words :

as all website mentioned that you have to setup these files (vcredist & aDirect x), these files you can find it in the same game directory which mean no need to download and the is the directory where you can find
(C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonPro Evolution Soccer 2015_CommonRedist)

but before install it you have to exit from steam otherwise the files will not replaced and effected.
